Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AISubRecap's services, website, or mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

AISubRecap may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes through the Service or by other means. Your continued use of the Service after such notification indicates your acceptance of the modified Terms.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying AISubRecap immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

AISubRecap reserves the right to disable any user account at any time, including if you have violated these Terms or if activities occur that appear to damage or harm the Service or other users.

Service Description

AISubRecap provides a service that analyzes and summarizes content from Reddit and delivers insights to users via email or other channels. The content is gathered from public subreddits and processed using our systems.

We strive to provide accurate and valuable insights, but we do not guarantee that the Service will:

• Always be available or uninterrupted
• Be error-free or free from harmful components
• Meet your specific requirements or expectations
• Provide completely accurate summaries in all cases

Payments and Subscriptions

Some aspects of the Service require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you for the Service.

Paid services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, depending on the subscription plan you select (monthly or annual). Subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your service will continue until the end of your current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the term.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service
• Use any automated means or interface not provided by us to access the Service
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without express written permission from AISubRecap

Content and Intellectual Property

The Service contains content from various sources, including Reddit, that is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. AISubRecap's processing and presentation of this content is intended to constitute fair use under applicable copyright laws.

AISubRecap and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including all intellectual property rights. You may not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Service.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by AISubRecap. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for any such third-party sites, information, materials, products, or services.

If you access any third-party website, service, or content from the Service, you do so at your own risk and you agree that AISubRecap will have no liability arising from your use of or access to any third-party website, service, or content.

Termination

AISubRecap may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

AISUBRECAP DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE IS ERROR-FREE OR THAT ACCESS WILL BE CONTINUOUS OR UNINTERRUPTED.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AISUBRECAP, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF AISUBRECAP ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (I) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO AISUBRECAP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (II) $100.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AISubRecap and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, including but not limited to attorney's fees, arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within San Francisco, California.
